Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • One lb broccoli cut into bite size pieces (stocks can be cut into ¼ inch slices)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Toss broccoli with oil & garlic. Add salt, soy sauce & other seasonings to taste
  3. Spread out evenly on sheet tray (lined with foil for easy cleanup)
  4. Cook 12-14 minutes till tender
  5. Transfer to bowl, add cheese & any seasonings to taste
