Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- One lb broccoli cut into bite size pieces (stocks can be cut into ¼ inch slices)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Toss broccoli with oil & garlic. Add salt, soy sauce & other seasonings to taste
- Spread out evenly on sheet tray (lined with foil for easy cleanup)
- Cook 12-14 minutes till tender
- Transfer to bowl, add cheese & any seasonings to taste
