Peanut Butter Bonbons

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1 c peanut butter
  • ½ c butter, softened
  • 2 c powdered sugar

Coating:

  • 1 c chocolate chips1
  • 1 tbsp shortening

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, and sugar together until smooth; chill until hard.
  2. Mix and melt chocolate coating in microwave.
  3. Dip bonbons in chocolate and cool on wax paper.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
