Peanut Butter Bonbons
Ingredients
Filling:
- 1 c peanut butter
- ½ c butter, softened
- 2 c powdered sugar
Coating:
- 1 c chocolate chips1
- 1 tbsp shortening
Directions
- Mix peanut butter, butter, and sugar together until smooth; chill until hard.
- Mix and melt chocolate coating in microwave.
- Dip bonbons in chocolate and cool on wax paper.
- Store in refrigerator.
