Japanese Coleslaw

Ingredients

Base:

  • 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bunch green onions (tops, too), chopped finely
  • ½ c slices almonds
  • ¼ c sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles, broken into small pieces

Dressing:

  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ c oil
  • ¼ c vinegar
  • seasoning packet from ramen

Directions

  1. Prepare and combine base ingredients.
  2. Prepare dressing. Sip to taste and adjust as desired.
  3. Toss to combine
