Healthy Yummy No-Bakes

Ingredients

  • 1¾ c old-fashioned rolled oats (to soak)
  • ½ c almond milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ c natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ c Lily's (no sugar) chocolate chips
  • ⅓ c Gentle Sweet or other low-carb sweetener
  • 1 packet/scoop chocolate protein powder

Directions

  1. Soak the rolled oats in almond milk
  2. Melt the butter and stir in peanut butter
  3. Add the oat mixture to the melted butter mixture
  4. Add the chocolate-peanut butter mixture
  5. Allow to cool and refrigerate
