Healthy Yummy No-Bakes
Ingredients
- 1¾ c old-fashioned rolled oats (to soak)
- ½ c almond milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- ⅓ c natural peanut butter
- ⅓ c Lily's (no sugar) chocolate chips
- ⅓ c Gentle Sweet or other low-carb sweetener
- 1 packet/scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
- Soak the rolled oats in almond milk
- Melt the butter and stir in peanut butter
- Add the oat mixture to the melted butter mixture
- Add the chocolate-peanut butter mixture
- Allow to cool and refrigerate
