Granola
Ingredients
- 8 c old-fashioned oats
- 4 c chopped nuts (I used pecans and sliced almonds)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- ¾ c brown sugar
- ¾ c honey
- 1 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ¼ c pure maple syrup
- dried fruit of choice (cherries, craisins, or raisins)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 ℉
- Combine dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Bake in batches for 45 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes.
- Let dry on counter to prevent clumps.
- Add dried cherries, craisins, or raisins to taste.
