Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut
Ingredients
Fish:
- 4 Halibut filets
- salt
- pepper
- ½ lemon
Topping:
- ¼ c butter
- ¼ c mayo
- ½ c parmesan, fresh grated
- 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
- 4–6 garlic cloves, crushed
- a dash of hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 ℉.
- Season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Bake for 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the topping ingredients to form sauce.
- Drain excess liquid from pan, spread topping on top and sides of filets.
- Broil until lightly browned and bubbly.
