Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut

Ingredients

Fish:

  • 4 Halibut filets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ lemon

Topping:

  • ¼ c butter
  • ¼ c mayo
  • ½ c parmesan, fresh grated
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 4–6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • a dash of hot sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 ℉.
  2. Season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Bake for 6 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix together the topping ingredients to form sauce.
  5. Drain excess liquid from pan, spread topping on top and sides of filets.
  6. Broil until lightly browned and bubbly.
