Fluff 'n' Blueberries
Ingredients
Base:
- 2 c graham crackers crumbs
- ½ c melted butter
Blueberries:
- ½ c sugar
- 3 c fresh or frozen blueberries
- ¼ c cornstarch
- ½ c water
Fluff:
- 2 (8 oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 ½ c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream
Directions

Prepare the blueberries
- Add sugar and cornstarch into a saucepan; stir together.
- Add blueberries and water. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; cover. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the base
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Set aside ½ c Press remaining into a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Prepare the fluff
- Whip whipping cream; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.

Assemble
- Spoon half of the fluff mixture over crust, then add the blueberries.
- Add the remaining fluff mixture and sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover and chill for 2–24 hours before serving.
