Cream Scones
Ingredients
- 2 ½ c flour (310 g)
- ½ c white sugar (100 g)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 c Heavy Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 ℉
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix dry ingredients well
- Slowly add cream, just until dough forms (it's never quite all 2 c)
- On a floured surface, divide into two parts, each 6" wide and 1" thick
- Cut each round into 6 wedges
- Brush tops with a bit of leftover cream
- Bake 15–20 minutes

I've made these with Califia Dairy-Free Heavy Cream Substitute and they turned out!
