Cracker Stuff
Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- Saltine crackers (enough to layer a 13x9 pan)
- 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Cook butter and brown sugar on low heat until bubbly and doubled in volume
- Layer saltine crackers onto foil in a 13x9 pan
- Pour butter mixture over crackers
- Bake in a 350 ℉ oven until bubbly and crackers are "dancing"
- Remove from oven and spread 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips on top
- Return to oven for 2 minutes
- Spread until smooth
- Refrigerate until set
