Cracker Stuff

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • Saltine crackers (enough to layer a 13x9 pan)
  • 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cook butter and brown sugar on low heat until bubbly and doubled in volume
  2. Layer saltine crackers onto foil in a 13x9 pan
  3. Pour butter mixture over crackers
  4. Bake in a 350 ℉ oven until bubbly and crackers are "dancing"
  5. Remove from oven and spread 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips on top
  6. Return to oven for 2 minutes
  7. Spread until smooth
  8. Refrigerate until set
