Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb thawed hash browns
- ¼ c butter
- 8 eggs
- 1 ½ c ham, bacon, or sausage (TODO: cooked or uncooked)
- 1 ½ c cheese
- minced onions (TODO: how many?)
- ¾ c half ‘n’ half
Directions
- Melt butter and layer hash browns and minced onions.
- Add eggs, cheese, and breakfast meat.
- Pour over half ‘n’ half. Optionally, refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 ℉ for 40 minutes.
