Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thawed hash browns
  • ¼ c butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 ½ c ham, bacon, or sausage (TODO: cooked or uncooked)
  • 1 ½ c cheese
  • minced onions (TODO: how many?)
  • ¾ c half ‘n’ half

Directions

  1. Melt butter and layer hash browns and minced onions.
  2. Add eggs, cheese, and breakfast meat.
  3. Pour over half ‘n’ half. Optionally, refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 ℉ for 40 minutes.
