Best Barbecue Beef Brisket
Ingredients
- 3-4 lb beef brisket
- Celery salt
- Garlic salt
- Onion salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c Russian dressing
- 1 c cookies barbecue sauce
- ¼ c sugar
Directions
- Place meat in large roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook covered for 2 hours at 350 ℉.
- Remove meat from pan and refrigerate.
- When cool, slice thin against the grain.
- Combine Russian dressing, barbecue sauce, and sugar.
- Arrange meat slices in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Pour dressing mixture over meat.
- Bake covered at 325 ℉ for 1 hour.
