Best Barbecue Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb beef brisket
  • Celery salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion salt
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c Russian dressing
  • 1 c cookies barbecue sauce
  • ¼ c sugar

Directions

  1. Place meat in large roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook covered for 2 hours at 350 ℉.
  4. Remove meat from pan and refrigerate.
  5. When cool, slice thin against the grain.
  6. Combine Russian dressing, barbecue sauce, and sugar.
  7. Arrange meat slices in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
  8. Pour dressing mixture over meat.
  9. Bake covered at 325 ℉ for 1 hour.
