Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 ½ c rolled oats
- 1 ¾ c buttermilk, kefir, or yogurt
- ½ c coconut oil or butter
- 4 eggs
- ½ c honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Soak Oats and kefir 12–24 hours before making.
- Mix remaining ingredients into oats and pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
- Bake at 350 ℉ for 25–30 minutes.
Note
I usually use kefir, butter, and honey.
