Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c rolled oats
  • 1 ¾ c buttermilk, kefir, or yogurt
  • ½ c coconut oil or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ c honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Soak Oats and kefir 12–24 hours before making.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients into oats and pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 ℉ for 25–30 minutes.

Note

I usually use kefir, butter, and honey.
